I will be the first to admit that when it comes to technology and gadgets I am a late adopter. We had dial-up at the DP home office until about three years ago and I had a pay-as-you go $15 a month cell phone for the last two years—after never having had a cell phone before that—because, after all, the Interwebs and cell phones . . . did they really have a future or were they just fads?
Needless to say, it took me forever to get an iPhone—and even then, it was the Dystopia Press CFO who got me one for my birthday in January—and so I waited long enough to get the fourth generation. However, when it came to buying my very first app (and after browsing around endlessly trying to decide if I really wanted Angry Birds or not), it was a no-brainer what that inaugural app was going to be once I saw . . . the PipClock.
